| Appointment Scheduling |
| All individual services are scheduled by appointment only and are held with a valid credit card. All appointments are subject to cancellation fees. |
| Late Arrivals |
| Late arrivals for scheduled appointments will not receive an extension of their service due to other client scheduling. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your 1st appointment to complete necessary paperwork and consultation. |
| Cancellations |
| A 24-hour prior notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduled appointments, and are subject to100% of the full service fee. |
| Gift Certificates |
| Valid and
expire 3 months from the original purchase date. Are non refundable and non transferable Are non redeemable for cash, credit or retail products Must be presented at the time of use. Lost or stolen cannot be re-issued or accepted. Use must be scheduled by appointment |
