| Hot Stone Massage | This type of massage incorporates the utilization of heated ballast stones to provide massage strokes with using light, medium to deep pressure, and is recommended for targeting relaxation and general stress and muscle tension relief. | |
| Prenatal Massage | This type of massage is offered for women after their 1st trimester (12 weeks) of pregnancy, and throughout their pregnancy targeting relaxation and general stress and muscle tension relief utilizing both Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, which will prepare your body for a better and easier delivery. | |
| Fertility Massage | This type of massage is offered for women that are having problems with conception, and incorporates a combination of massage and bodywork techniques utilizing abdominal massage, cranial-sacral work, reflexology, shiatsu, and deep pelvic massage that can be utilized along with any other fertility treatment. The male partner will benefit from some of the same type of treatment as well. | |
| Reflexology | This type of bodywork incorporates short and precise pressure-point work on the feet and hands with medium to deep pressure to unclog congested tissues relating to the whole body, targeting relaxation, general stress and muscle tension relief. | |
| Chair Massage | This type of massage is usually done in an “on-site” location for groups or events for a duration of 10-20 minutes per person, utilizing Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques, targeting relaxation and general stress and muscle tension relief. This is a great way to “try out massage” for the first time. | |
